# Quickstart

> Run your first diagnostic and generate a blueprint

## Get your first blueprint in three steps

Submit a single input and you get a full strategy blueprint plus factory exports. Use this quickstart to generate your first diagnostic.

### Step 1: Start a diagnostic

Go to the app and choose one of the supported inputs:

* Upload a resume (PDF, DOC, DOCX)
* Paste a URL (LinkedIn, portfolio, or website)

  You can start from the homepage or jump directly to the diagnostic flow at `https://labs.timekeepur.com/build-moat`.

### Step 2: Review your diagnostic and blueprint

After you submit, the agent swarm generates a diagnostic and assembles a blueprint. You can:

* Read the strategy summary
* Review recommendations and sections
* Open the full blueprint in your dashboard

### Step 3: Create a factory shipment

From your blueprint, open the Factory to create shipments:

* Export a PDF + PPTX deck (2 credits)
* Generate a Vision trailer (4 credits)
* Send a Cursor deeplink for production execution

## What happens next

Once your blueprint is saved, you can revisit it anytime in the dashboard and start new shipments.
